In a society where one has access to as much information as one wishes – we thirst after knowledge. Can one be full of emptiness – what does emptiness consist of in this case? Sandbags – heavy and threatening, continually in our midst. Filled with the leftovers of lives and memories, which we sometimes are hardly even capable of seeing, never mind managing to process – they constitute an obstacle for our development and our ability to communicate.
The more limited we are, the more we limit all those around us as well!

The installation was executed in Simrishamn’s Art Gallery, as well as at Skatudden Grisslehamn.
